All our products come with free economy delivery. Further delivery options will be available at checkout subject to location.

Small parcels: We use Evri to complete our free economy deliveries. Please allow 2 - 5 working days for delivery. We strongly recommend you do NOT use the ParcelShop Divert option as this can cause long delays in your delivery time.

We also offer a Fedex Next Day delivery service for £3.50 which you can choose at checkout. Please allow 1 - 2 working days for delivery.

 

Northern Ireland & Isle of Man:

Available shipping methods and costs will be shown at checkout.

Small parcels: We use Evri to complete our standard deliveries, there is a surcharge of £2.50, please allow 3 - 10 working days for delivery.

We also offer a Parcel Force 48 delivery service for £6.50 which you can choose at checkout. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for delivery. Or a Parcel Force 24 service for £7.50 Please allow 1 - 2 working days for delivery.

We offer a 60-day return policy. If you are not happy with the product, you are welcome to return the item for a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item and we must receive the package back in the same condition we sent it out.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the goods, please contact us via email customerservices@aristar-store.co.uk We must be informed of the problem with the order within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Aristar UK and MRCH LTD are not responsible for any additional costs as a result of a faulty product, unless prior consent is given in writing by a member of staff.
